peep what's on the (gourmet vegan) menu for this weekend's trip down the shore:

*steamed tempeh appetizer with crudites, pita points, and red pepper hummous
*filo pastry lasagna with tofu ricotta, mushrooms, spinach, olives, artichokes, and roasted red peppers
*steamed broccoli with hazelnuts
*pear crumble with chocolate chips and pecans
*champagne, champagne, champagne

my mouth is watering.
