so many gorgeous shots (action and still) of the city in tonight's episode of projrun. loved the idea of the challenge: take pictures of new york, choose one that inspires you, and design a garment around it.

i have spent many a day in the past year walking around the city for hours taking pictures of graffiti, signs, buildings, people -- now, if only i could parlay some of that creative energy into pattern-making!

santino looks so much like the villain from superman 2. or was it superman the movie? either way, not an original thought. i think i read that first on fourfour.

santino's impression of tim is dead-on. andrae is simply delectable and adorable in this ep -- and i loved his dirty water inspiration.

kate moss and i have a super-crush on daniel and his garment looks delicious thus far. he's too cute.
