it's the most delectable dessert -- vegan treats' chocolate peanut butter mousse bomb cake. found at curly's and atlas and teany. i'm bringing s.m. a piece when i fly in next friday but i can't wait that long, myself: i'm hitting up curly's tonight!

in other food-related news, scarny and i had a farewell (until i see him next weekend) at bao noodles last night. i had the curry tofu and he had the pho; we started it off with vegetable spring rolls. quite good. ended the night with a hofbrau lager at rolf's -- known for its exquisite (and a bit over-the-top) decor around the holidays.
