jfallis has spoken of the luther burger. i can't recall if he actually ate one, though.

i'll try to make a point of grabbing one next time i'm in decatur.

Yeah, we discussed this in one of my classes. Only one student had heard of it before. A concession stand at some college up north was selling their version that they called something else during this year's NCAA baseballs season. Apparently, the burger was a huge hit there. I read that one on Yahoo news in early March. I'm sort of surprised you haven't heard of the infamous luther burger before.

yeah, i'm actually surprised i hadn't heard about it, either. i'm usually pretty good about keeping up on bizarre food trends.

(btw, is "it's goin' down" by yung joc the song i hear bumpin' out of cars everywhere right now?)

It's past overplayed at this point, but yes, that must be what you are hearing. I kind of dislike that song. I'm kind of feeling that Young Joc is this year's Gucci Mane, minus the murderer status, though I've heard nothing other than that song. If you were in the South, you'd be hearing a lot of Rick Ross, T.I. (as always) and about as much Triple Six as Rippy has been reportedly listening to.

actually, kb, i realized that the song that i've been hearing is "what you know" by t.i.

when i was hanging out in lil' 5 points by myself a couple of weeks ago, this guy kept rolling by me with that song -- over and over and over again. when i heard it at the baseball game the other night, i remembered that i liked it, but didn't know who did it.

that song is tight.
