kate moss and i are working on a regional cookbook together and we'd like your input!
submit some of your favorite examples of u.s. regional cuisine, i.e.: whoopie pies (pennsylvania dutch), hush puppies (southern u.s.), fish tacos (southern california)...
just a name of a dish, a description (NOT a recipe), the region, and any special memories you have of eating the dish would be helpful.
