Regarding the alleged D.C. Madam case, does anyone have bets on who the "reputable and respected investigative news organization" is? And who the alleged clients are?
Palfrey ran the organization from her Vallejo, California home -- Vallejo is adjacent to my hometown of Benicia, California, known to be the site of the first Zodiac killing.
A few years ago, Benicia High School suffered the loss of one of their teachers who was murdered by her son. He strangled, beat, and stabbed her -- and then stuffed her body into the trunk of her car, parked in their garage.
His name is Patrick Scarpaci, his family lived across the street from mine, and I used to baby-sit him when he was a kid.

Yeah, I mentioned it to some people when it happened -- it really shook me up. Kathy Scarpaci was a friend of my mom's and Pat's older brother, Jacob, was good friends with my brother.
I hadn't thought about it in a while, though -- I think the release of "Zodiac" made me think about Benicia again.
Where is patrick now? I heard they moved him from Atascadero State Hospital????
Patrick has now been deemed sane. He is now a free man.
Is it the truth that he is really free. I spent a lot of time with him when we were younger. He Stopped hanging with us as much a little less then a year before this happened. Been looking for info but cant find anything out about it.

How is that you knew this information in December? Close friends of the family JUST found out and that includes the friend who found her body. I am curious as to how it is you know this information and under what circumstances was he released... We were all under the impression that if he was ever declared "Sane" that he would still have to serve a 25yr-life sentence. Please respond.
