unanswered questions

If you follow "Lost" and have not seen "The Man From Tallahassee", stop reading now.

Do you have theories on these mysteries? (Coke Bref? Scarny? KM?)

1. Why hasn't the island cured Ben of his tumor?
2. What happened to Kate during the unexplained time after lunching with Ben on the beach?
3. How did Cooper get to the island?
4. How did Patchy know that Locke had been paralyzed?
5. Why was Locke soaking wet after supposedly planting the C4 in the submarine?
6. Is Cooper the "real" Sawyer?
7. Is the "magic box" metaphorical?
8. Who is on Jacob's list and why?
9. Was Danielle once an Other?
10. If the Others were considered Hostiles by DHARMA, and DHARMA has been purged from the island, why do the Others continue to acquire DHARMA food drops? And how do they acquire fresh (rather than the typical canned DHARMA-labeled) food?

Yeah, this is what I think about.

I thought last night's ep was a'ight. Not great, but it follows an excellent episode, so my expectations were high...

Not sure what Nikki & Paolo added to the storyline, other than to perhaps give us a clue that there are underground tunnels connecting the hatches (or else how would Ben & Juliet have gotten to the Pearl without being detected?). Just a thought.

The fight DOES look good next week, though I'm SO tired of the Kate/Jack thing. I want to know about Locke/Cooper!

I am totally a nerd.

what about "nothing stays buried on this island". what do you think that means?
also, i'm curious about ethan's and the hot couple's connections. and what they will now do with the walkie.

I think it means that Nikki and Paolo will resurface in some respect, yeah? Perhaps they will dig themselves out? Or would the weight of the sand crush and suffocate them?

The walkie gives them a connection to the Others, indeed. I'm curious as to how they will use it.

Ethan creeps me out every single time I see him. Ethan and Ben, both.

On a side note, there was no continuity whatsoever in Shannon and Boone's hair in those flashbacks. Shannon's sprouted about three inches and Boone was hella-sporting some highlights.

BTW, Locke "blew up" the submarine (or that's what we've been led to believe) that resided next to a dock.

Take a look at Othersville in this pic.

Where the hell is a dock?
