it's in the vault
Last night brought a beer at the Beauty Bar (where I hadn't been in almost a year, I believe), a Cubano Nuevo at Curly's (mmmm, how I've missed you!), a couple of pitchers at GYC, and AB finally meeting Josh.
Now, tell me: do you think that all the truly great acting performances have been given by men? Also, do you think that easy access to Internet pornography encourages men to be turned off to sex with actual living, breathing women?
Just some conversations I had yesterday while at work...
(On Gchat, silly; I only speak to my co-workers about work.)

since when have men been turned off to sex?
Ah, I phrased it incorrectly. Changed the post.
Here's the article that inspired the conversation:

I just wonder how it affects boys who went through puberty at a time when porn was immediately accessible.
I'm not anti-porn at all; just curious as to how its easy accessibility may influence thoughts and/or behaviors.
Um, since the 1960s?
When was it not accessible?
KB, I just think that scrambled Spice Network (as Coke Bref brought up) or sneaking a Playboy or Hustler from your Dad is different from full-on access to hardcore porn at any time of day or night in your bedroom when you're 14.
Again, I'm just discussing accessibility to hardcore pornography -- not whether or not porn is moral or whatever...
And, when was this not accessible? I think most of us were exposed pretty early. Also, hardcore would be defined generationally and even individually and not necessarily by a community standard. But, if a community standard is applied, then it still becomes an issue of time, person and experience. Also, most kids don't have that access. Most kids are at school half the year and even though most households have computers, there's no way most children have their own computers. So, I think 24 hour access is bullshit. I'll read the article later, though.
I didn't read DJ's but I still believe it totally depends upon the individual. I mean, I had friends whose dad's had Gent, and I had friends whose dads had Playboy. Some kids had porn vhs and I didn't. Just depends.
coffin porn!
I mean dads
No women are chiming in...?
