climb climb climb
As part of my Get More Awesome plan, I'm getting more active at the gym. I've seen Frank-the-Trainer twice now, have taken kickboxing and yoga and total body conditioning... but nothing scares me more than what I'll be experiencing tonight:
My first spinning class.
My goal isn't too far out-of-reach: I just want to be in the best fucking shape of my life. Forever.
Or at least, you know, get to the gym a couple times a week and stop eating crap.
